Droppath 4.0 for Android: Dark Mode, ETAs, and Curbside Preference

We’re excited to introduce Droppath 4.0 for Android—a major update packed with features to make your route planning faster, smarter, and more comfortable than ever!

A New, More Versatile Icon #

Over the past year, we experimented with a range of icon ideas to move beyond the familiar box shapes often seen in delivery apps. The result is our new icon: a stylized path forming a capital “D.” This design not only makes Droppath instantly recognizable, but also reflects our growing focus beyond just delivery. Its single-color style ensures it stands out clearly across all digital platforms and future merchandise.

Dark Mode #

It’s finally here! Droppath now supports Dark Mode, making your route planning easier on the eyes, especially during early mornings and late nights. Prefer the classic look? No worries—Dark Mode can be toggled off anytime in your Settings.

Smarter Scheduling: Start Time, Estimated Arrival Times, and Destination Durations #

Scheduling just got a major upgrade. You can now set a Start Time for your route, specify how long you’ll spend at each stop (defaulting to one minute), and see estimated arrival times for every destination along your journey.

These new ETAs empower you to quickly spot overloaded days and provide accurate delivery estimates to your customers. Plan confidently and keep everyone on schedule!

Clear Separation: Scheduled & Unscheduled Destinations #

We’ve improved Droppath’s optimization algorithm to give you more clarity. If a destination can’t be scheduled—because of incompatible time windows or unreachable locations—it now appears in a separate list within your route. Instantly see which stops are scheduled and which need your attention.

New: Curbside Preference #

Save time and avoid unnecessary street crossings with the new Curbside Preference feature! Choose your preferred curbside during optimization for smoother deliveries. Set a default in Settings, and Droppath will use it for future routes automatically.

How to Get the Update #

Droppath 4.0 is now available on the Google Play Store! Simply update your Droppath app to start using these exciting new features. If you have automatic updates enabled, you’ll get the update automatically.
